Those that are slain with the Sword are BETTER OFF than those who DIE of HUNGER, who WASTE AWAY, pierced with PAIN, because the fields LACK PRODUCE.

(LAMENTATIONS 4:9)

IF the World hates you, know that it hated ME (Christ) before it hated you.

If you were of the World, the World would love you and it’s own. But because you are NOT of the World, because I (Christ) have CHOSEN you OUT of the World, therefore ( for that reason)  the World hates you.

Remember the WORD I (Christ) spoke to you: the servant is NOT greater than his lord. If they (the Worldly)  have Persecuted ME (Christ) they (the Worldly) will also Persecute you (define persecute-hostility and ill treatment especially because of their race political or religious beliefs) If they (the called out) have kept MY (Christ) sayings, they (the called out) will keep yours also.

But all these things will they (the Worldly) do to you for MY Name’s sake, because they (the Worldly) know NOT HIM that sent ME.

(John 15:18-21)

THEY shall be ashamed and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together, they that are MAKERS OF IDOLS (Isaiah 45:16)

THOSE who trust in IDOLS and say to molten images: You are gods! those who say this will be turned back in utter shame. (Isaiah 42:17)

THE makers of IDOLS are vain, and the things they treasure that are captivating are worthless. They are their own witnesses, they see not, they know not; that they may become ashamed. (Isaiah 44:9)

CAUGHT BY SURPRISE (confound) are they that serve inscripted images, they that boast themselves of IDOLS. Worship HIM all you gods (Psalms 97:7)

Therefore come out from among “THEM” and be ye separated says the LORD.

Touch no unclean thing and I will receive you.

(2 Cor 6:17)

QUESTION: Who are the “THEM” that the LORD is referring to?

And when they were escaped then they knew the island was called:

“Melita-Malta”

(an island between Sicily and Africa/Phoenician/Canaanite territory)

And the barbarous people (savage cruel) showed us great kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain and because of the cold.

And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, there came a viper snake out of the heat and fastened itself to Paul’s hand.

And when the barbarians saw the venomous beast hanging onto his hand, they said among themselves, no dount this man is a murderer, that thought that he escaped the sea, yet vengeance caused him not to live.

And Paul shook off the viperous snake into the fire, and felt NO HARM. (Hallelujah!)

And they looked at him where he should have been swollen, or fallen down dead suddenly from the venom, but after some time passed, and saw NO HARM had come to Paul, they changed their minds about him being a murderer, and said that Paul was a god.

And in that same quarters (area) were possessions of the chief man of the island whose name was Publius (a chief barbarian) who received us and lodged us for three days courteously. And it came to pass that the father of the chief barbarian lay sick with fever and with a bloody flux (intestinal hemmorages and diarreha) to whom Paul ENTERED in and PRAYED, and LAID HANDS on him and HEALED him. 

(Something which is rarely done anymore due to the lack of faith in Living WORD and it’s POWER and the act of Adultery with the World’s Rudiments)

So when this was done , others also which had diseases in the island, came to Paul and were healed.

And the barbarians honored us with many honors. And when we departed, the barbarians loaded us up with such things as necessary for the voyage.
