Woe to You that spoilest (diminish, loot, raid, conquered,destroy)  And You were not spoiled;

Woe to You that deal treacherously (apostate-defector, deceitful, rebellious,unreliable dangerous, risky)              When They did not deal treacherously with You.

When You shall cease to spoil, You shall be spoiled.

And when You shall cease to deal treacherously,        They shall deal treacherously with You.
